As Builders we are in fact the Backbone of the Country as we work tougher than most together in harmony and with complete direction by applying great skills in trying to achieve everyone’s expectations within a time frame and to contract in all extreme conditions.

As Architects we are in fact the Doctors of Design, Structure, Potential and Improvements. Our extensive training and subsequent registration suggests that. Similar time, different science. It is our homes, through the work of Builders, that not only generally exceed our client’s expectations but at times even reserve. Remember space costs serious money. So don’t waste it. Design it with interest because one day we might just be buying it.

I will not be leaving Architecture and Building, as it is my passion, but my primary purpose now, as an Agent, is to guide my clients to a successful and informed real estate decision through qualifications, skills, research, vast experience and disclosure where I would be expected to know or alternative direction where not with complete independence and privacy and not without a texta, paper, ruler, overalls, boots, ladders, testing equipment and a calculator as a specialist consultant to the Real Estate Industry, for a fee whilst educating the public about the many benefits of engaging an Architect, that will always be money well spent.
