How many times have you heard “ our database is larger than anybody else and we have more active buyers”. Great, try them without any advertising and see if they can find you a buyer. They’re not there forever, not if they’re actively looking. This industry, unfortunately, is all about them, not you. It’s about branding and profile building. You do not need to spend thousands of dollars in unnecessary advertising in their glossy publications and weekly magazines to attract buyers. This is again about branding and profile building. What you need is someone that knows everything about what they are selling as remember “ You are only as good as the person that opens your door or picks up the phone and responds to emails.” Only an Architect knows more about what they are actually selling. Their course and subsequent registration suggests that. It is always been my opinion that extensive product knowledge and confidence will secure the best possible price. Remember it is not the profile of the Agency that you are seeking but the profile of the Agent that you should be seeking. Bigger is not always best. So please consider Frank T.
