VENDORS

Vendors Advocacy

As defined in the Estate Agent’s Act 1980 as a person selling real estate on behalf of any other person and in accordance with Architect’s Regulations 2004 my service of Vendor Advocacy defined.

The service covers the following and is free to the vendor:

  • independent opinion of value
  • recommend method of sale ie. Auction, Private Sale or other
  • interviewing of prospective selling agents in order to recommend the appointment of an agent
  • negotiate a fair and reasonable selling commission on your behalf
  • advise you on how to achieve the maximum selling price through timing, advertising and presentation
  • continued liaison through campaign

As stated earlier this service is free as we invoice the selling agent directly.

Our costs are generally between 30% - 50% of the agreed selling commission depending on the level of service we bring to the marketing and negotiation process
