Vendors Advocacy
As defined in the Estate Agent’s Act 1980
as a person selling real estate on behalf of any other person
and in accordance with Architect’s Regulations 2004 my
service of Vendor Advocacy defined.
The service covers the following
and is free to the vendor:
- independent opinion of value
- recommend method of sale ie. Auction,
Private Sale or other
- interviewing of prospective selling agents
in order to recommend the appointment of an agent
- negotiate a fair and reasonable selling commission on your
behalf
- advise you on how to achieve the maximum selling
price through timing, advertising and presentation
- continued
liaison through campaign
As stated earlier this service is free
as we invoice the selling agent directly.
Our costs are generally
between 30% - 50% of the agreed selling commission depending
on the level of service we bring to the marketing and negotiation
process
